​Ben is Yorkshire born and bred, and after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Business Studies, started working as a Landscape Gardener before qualifying as Personal Trainer and working 1:1 with a variety of clients for over 5 years.

After moving down to Essex in 2022, Ben was invited to join the expanding team at Ribbons & Reeves, working with schools in North West London and delivering exceptional service to schools, Graduates and Teachers.

Using transferable skills from his previous roles, Ben has continued to build his client base and develop his knowledge within the education sector, and having recently relocated back up North, Ben is now Ribbons & Reeves’ specialist Yorkshire Recruitment Consultant, where he will continue to provide schools in the area with the same fantastic support as he did in London!
