About the Role:

• Provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism, assisting them in classroom activities and learning
• Help the child engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential
• Support the child’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
• Manage and support the child’s individual needs, offering guidance and encouragement
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Requirements:
