2iC Humanities - The Role & Requirements:

• Full-time 2iC Humanities role starting September 2025
• BA/BSc in History, Geography or related subject, PGCE (Secondary) and QTS required
• Minimum two years’ UK secondary teaching experience preferred
• Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Experience supporting curriculum development or mentoring staff is advantageous
• A passion for driving academic achievement and departmental improvement
