Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist | Hounslow | Start: February 2025
Are you a passionate graduate with a strong interest in Speech and Language Therapy and a desire to make a meaningful impact on children’s communication skills?
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a welcoming primary school in Hounslow, where you will play a vital role in supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs.
Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist – Key Benefits:
• £96-£106 per day, paid on a permanent PAYE structure.
• Full-time, long-term position starting February 2025.

Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist – Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and group interventions to support children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).

• Use evidence-based strategies to foster communication and language development.
• Monitor and document progress, adapting approaches as required.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
• Promote an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist – Essential Requirements:
• A minimum 2:1 degree from a UK recognised university in Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children with communication needs is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for Speech and Language Therapy and supporting children’s development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to addressing individual needs.
