• Work closely with staff, students, and parents to maintain high behaviour and achievement standards.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with proven leadership experience.
• A track record of improving student outcomes and implementing whole-school initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
