We are excited to be working alongside an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Hillingdon, who are looking to appoint a talented English Teacher that can take on an Associate Director of English responsibility. 

Commencing in September 2024, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate they are a skilled classroom practitioner, who is innovative, passionate about education and hard-working.

The Associate Director of English role will include co-managing the delivery of English across KS3, KS4 and KS5.

• QTS and a relevant First-Class or 2:1 undergraduate degree (English Language or English Literature)
• Ability to teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning
• Inspiring and enthusiastic English Teacher
• Committed and imaginative English Teacher
• Strong communicator with the ability to motivate the immediate school community and the extended wider community
