• Key Responsibilities:
- Support ASD students both in one-to-one and group settings, adjusting the curriculum where needed.
- Work closely with class teachers, assisting in daily tasks and employing diverse teaching techniques to meet students’ individual needs.
- Maintain a supportive, engaging environment to foster advance learning and growth for ASD pupils.
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK university.
- Strong academic background with excellent A-Level results.
- A passion for working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Fantastic listening and communication skills.
- Prior experience in child-centered roles, ideally with ASD students, is desirable.
- Full-time, long-term role until July 2025, with a daily rate of £96-£105 (PAYE, including holiday pay).
