Behaviour Mentor – Enfield Chase, North London – Start Date: As soon as possible

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to join a well-established secondary school in Enfield Chase, North London. Behaviour Mentor Requirements:

Key Responsibilities of the Behaviour Mentor:
  • Patrolling hallways to maintain a safe and positive school environment.
  • Supporting students in overcoming behavioural challenges, working closely with the SENDCo and pastoral teams.
  • Building meaningful relationships with students to encourage personal development and progress.
  • Collaborate with staff across all departments, ensuring consistent support for students in need.
Role Details:
  • Location: Enfield Chase, North London
  • Contract: Long-term, full-time until the end of the academic year.
  • Pay: £100 per day, including holiday pay (paid weekly via PAYE).
