- Previous experience working with children with SEND or behavioural challenges is preferred.
- Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour effectively and empathetically.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and supporting students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for working with families, staff, and external professionals.
