Chemistry Technician
This Chemistry Technician role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the Chemistry department. As a Chemistry Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining equipment and materials for Chemistry lessons (Years 7–13), ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Setting up and trialling practicals to ensure effective demonstrations in lessons.
- Managing and organising teaching resources, textbooks, and laboratory apparatus.
- Ordering and overseeing deliveries, liaising with the finance department, and maintaining inventory records.
- Supporting teaching staff to ensure health and safety standards in classrooms and labs.
- Keeping laboratories and preparation rooms tidy and in excellent condition.
