The Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate:

• Holds a 1st Class or 2:1 degree (preferably in Physical Education or a related subject)
• Has prior experience working with children, ideally in a classroom or coaching setting
• Is confident leading whole class sessions across various subjects
• Can set a positive example and uphold school behaviour policies
• Aspires to progress into teacher training in the future

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising classes in the absence of the main teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive and focused learning environment
• Delivering lessons based on pre-prepared plans and adhering to school policies
• Acting as a positive role model for students in Kensington & Chelsea
