The Role of a Cover Supervisor & Requirements:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Support student learning and engagement across different subjects.
• Manage behaviour and ensure lessons run smoothly.
• A degree (minimum 2:1) from a UK-recognised university.
• Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
