Are you an experienced English Teacher looking to take on a curriculum leadership role?

 
We are seeking a Curriculum Lead (English) to shape and develop the English curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, starting September 2025.

 
The Role of a Curriculum Lead (English) & Requirements:

• Lead the planning and delivery of the English curriculum across Key Stages 3-5.
• Support and mentor teachers to ensure excellent classroom practice.
• Develop innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing interventions where needed.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with a strong track record in English teaching.
• A degree in English or a related subject (minimum 2:1) from a UK-recognised university.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and curriculum development skills.
