• Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier, depending on ITT completion)
• Location: Central and West London – placements tailored to your preferences and commute

Candidate Specification We are looking for Secondary ECTs who:

• Are currently training towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a PGCE, SCITT, or equivalent programme.
• Have a strong academic background, ideally with a First-Class or 2:1 degree in their subject specialism.
• Are passionate about their subject and committed to inspiring and engaging students of all abilities.
• Have a creative and reflective approach to teaching, with a desire to continually improve and innovate.
• Are enthusiastic about contributing to extra-curricular activities and the broader school community.
