Early Years Practitioner - Camden
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2025 (or sooner)

Early Years Practitioner - What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Creating a Safe, Inspiring Space
Work with fellow practitioners to ensure a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for young learners.
📚 Planning & Leading Activities
Take charge of engaging activities that foster child development—indoors and outdoors.
🌱 Supporting Individual Growth
Develop personalized programs for children with additional needs, ensuring every child is set up for success.
🤝 Building Partnerships with Families
Be the friendly face that supports open communication with parents, fostering a strong home-school connection.
Early Years Practitioner - What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Qualifications (desirable):
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years
- Graduate in Education or a Core Subject
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
💼 Experience:
- Some hands-on experience working with young children
💪 Skills & Qualities:
- A true passion for early years education
- A positive, adaptable attitude and calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour!
