Early Years Teaching Assistant | The role:

• Foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to excel
• Assist the Class Teacher with the planning of learning activities
• Implement all policies and practices in line with the ethos of the school
• Supervise and lead small groups of children
• Work alongside pupils who have additional learning needs
• Support a creative and inclusive curriculum which values learning

Early Years Teaching Assistant | Do you qualify?

• Obtained a minimum of a 2:1 degree in the Psychology/Education field from a Top UK University
• Experience working with EYFS children
• Ideally have some experience working with children with SEND
• Confident and bubbly personality
• Aspiring EYFS/Primary Teachers are encouraged to apply
