- Paid position: £480-£520 per week.
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4pm.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in English, working closely with pupils of varying abilities to help them excel.
- Assist the class teacher with classroom management, and the creation of engaging learning materials.
- Offer personalised academic support to students who require extra help, helping them grasp challenging English concepts.
- Participate in intervention programmes designed to boost students’ academic performance and confidence.
- Support students in their written and literary analysis, ensuring they understand key concepts and themes.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher, helping to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- A minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in English from a top UK university.
- Strong A-Level results in English
- Passion for education and a desire to work with young people.
