The successful English Teacher will be joining an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ school and be tasked with delivering engaging, thought-provoking and suitably challenging lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.

English Teacher | Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic English Teacher who, alongside an already successful English department, can help students to achieve academic excellence within the subject.

English Teacher | Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate your love of English through the delivery of engaging lesson content and your enthusiastic teaching style.
• Take part in enrichment activities and extracurricular activities.
• Monitor student progress and maintain records.

English Teacher | Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; QTS or equivalent.
• Proven secondary-level English teaching experience.
• Evidence of improving outcomes across Year 10 and Year 11
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
