Your Role as a First-Class Education Graduate

• Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping struggling students improve their skills.
• Lead intervention groups and foster student progress and attainment.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to create an engaging learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to support individual student needs.

What We’re Looking For

• First-Class Education Degree from a top 20 UK university.
• Previous child-based experience (preferred).
• Confident, proactive, and creative individual ready to make a difference.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a passion for working with SEND students.
