To succeed as a First-Class Graduate, you will need a 1:1 degree from a leading UK university (top 15) and a strong academic background, including A*s or As at A-Level. Previous experience working with children is preferred, though not essential. In this role, you’ll work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping both the highest and lowest achievers reach their full potential. You’ll also gain valuable experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
