A secondary school in Havering is looking for a First-Class Psychology Graduate to assist their SEN department.

Responsibilities

  • Tailor and develop learning resources to meet the unique needs of specific pupils
  • Provide personalized 1:1 and small group support to SEN students, fostering engagement with the curriculum
  • Cultivate an encouraging and productive classroom atmosphere
  • Support students' in and out the classroom
  • Oversee classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
 

Qualifications

  • A First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related discipline from a Top UK university
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is highly valued
  • The ability to convey ideas and mitigate disruptive behaviour
  • An eagerness to guarantee inclusive student learning
