Key Responsibilities:
  • As a First-Class STEM Graduate, deliver small-group and 1:1 support to students, focusing on academic attainment and social development
  • Engage with a variety of SEND needs, offering support inside and outside the classroom
  • Work closely with the class teacher to manage behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students
  • Be part of a team focused on behaviour management and student progression
Requirements:
  • First-Class STEM Graduate from a leading UK university with strong A Levels and GCSEs
  • Experience working with children, particularly in SEN support
  • Confident in managing behaviours and supporting students' learning journeys
