The Role of a Form Tutor & Requirements:

• Provide daily pastoral care and academic mentoring to a form group.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and well-being.
• Support students in their personal and academic development.
• Liaise with parents and staff to ensure student success.
• A degree (minimum 2:1) from a UK-recognised university.
• Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
