Geography Academic Mentor

 

We are currently hiring a Geography Academic Mentor, required for January in an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Ealing.

Do you have a passion for Geography and the ability to simplify complex concepts, making them engaging and easy for students to understand?

Geography Academic Mentor- Overview:



  • Secondary School based in Acton, Ealing
  • Supporting KS3 and KS4 students (up to GCSE level)
  • c. £19,200-£22,100
  • Delivering 1:1 and small-group Geography tutoring sessions
  • First fixed term will run until July 2025 with possible extension available
  • Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 3:30pm
 

To be successful in this Geography Academic Mentor role, you will need:



  • A 2:1 or First-Class degree in Geography from a top UK University.
  • Strong academic credentials, including excellent GCSE and A-Level results.
  • A genuine passion for Geography and the ability to inspire students.
  • A patient, adaptable, and creative approach, with a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
