Salary: £36,412+ (Outer London pay scale)

 
Geography ECT – Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Foster a curiosity for global issues, sustainability, and human and physical geography.
• Monitor student progress and provide targeted support.
• Work closely with colleagues and your ECT mentor to develop best practices.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as Geography clubs and field trips.
• Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and curriculum delivery.

 
Geography ECT – Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of Initial Teacher Training.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography.
• Commitment to student welfare and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
