Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Full-time role in a thriving Primary School in Hammersmith & Fulham
• Supporting KS1 and KS2 pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development
• Starting January 2025, running until July 2025 in the first instance
• Competitive weekly pay of £500 - £550 per week (including holiday pay)
• Opportunities to progress onto teacher training from September 2025

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils of varying abilities.
• Building positive relationships with students to foster confidence and engagement.

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (e.g., Education, Psychology, or English).
• Be passionate about education and inspiring young learners.
• Have a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students' needs.
