HR Manager | Kensington 

A fantastic school in Kensington are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to join their team! Candidates with previous HR Management experience or experience working within a school are encouraged to apply for this HR Manager role.

As a HR Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the administrative aspects of Human Resources. This will include providing an excellent people management service that amplifies the student and staff experience. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent individual who is keen to develop their HR career in an Ofsted outstanding school.

HR Manager job summary:

• HR Manager salary is £38,000 - £55,000 per annum.
• Ensure an effective HR administrative service is provided to line managers relating to the entire employment and wellbeing of all employees.
• Developing, implementing, embedding, and reviewing best practice across the local school.
• HR related responsibilities include recruitment, payroll processing, attendance management and maintenance of staff personnel data.
• Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.

As a HR Manager you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, can deal tactfully with colleagues and be able to follow robust processes and procedures. You will be a confident multi-tasker who is able to effectively prioritise heavy workloads and set an example of personal integrity and professionalism.

HR Manager requirements:

• A 2:1 degree or above.
• Experience in one or more HR Management roles. School experience is a bonus.
• Experience of using databases such as ITrent, EduPeople etc desirable.
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
• Well natured, resilient and enthusiastic.
