The Role of a Head of Mathematics & Requirements:

• Lead and manage the Maths department, driving high standards of teaching and learning.
• Teach Maths across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level.
• Develop and implement curriculum improvements to enhance student progress.
• Mentor and support Maths teachers, ensuring consistent teaching excellence.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in teaching and leadership.
• BSc or higher degree (minimum 2:1) from a UK recognised University.
• Proven track record of raising student attainment in Maths.
