Are you an experienced and passionate linguist with a flair for leadership? We are looking to recruit a dedicated Head of MFL to oversee the delivery of high-quality language education at a high-performing Secondary School in London. French and Spanish specialists can be considered.

Head of MFL: Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the MFL department, overseeing the delivery of high-quality language education.
  • Develop and implement an engaging and rigorous curriculum that meets the needs of all students and promotes fluency in multiple languages.
  • Provide leadership and support to MFL teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Monitor student progress and attainment in MFL subjects, implementing strategies to support student achievement and progress.
  • Coordinate extracurricular language activities and initiatives to enrich students' language learning experiences.
