The Role of a Head of PE & Requirements:

• Lead the PE department, overseeing curriculum delivery and extracurricular sports activities.
• Teach PE across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and BTEC Sports.
• Support student engagement, behaviour management, and SEN inclusion through sport.
• Organise school fixtures, inter-house competitions, and sports enrichment programmes.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in PE leadership and curriculum development.
• BSc or higher degree (minimum 2:1) from a UK recognised University.
• Demonstrate strong teaching, coaching, and departmental management skills.
