- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning within the Religious Education department.
- Manage and support a small team of dedicated Religious Education teachers.
- Promote an inclusive approach that respects the diverse cultural and faith backgrounds of students.
- A well-qualified and committed Religious Education specialist
- Experience leading a department or strong ambitions to take on leadership responsibilities
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality Religious Education lessons
- Confidence in engaging students with the Catholic faith in a contemporary and relevant way
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the College community
