We are seeking a Head of Year to provide academic and pastoral leadership, ensuring students achieve their full potential, starting September 2025.

 
The Role of a Head of Year & Requirements:

• Lead and oversee the pastoral care of a specific year group.
• Monitor student progress, behaviour, and attendance.
• Work closely with staff, students, and parents to promote academic success.
• Implement interventions to support student well-being and engagement.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in a pastoral leadership role.
• A degree (minimum 2:1) from a UK-recognised university.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
