PA to Headteacher needed for a vibrant secondary school based in Camden!

If you are an impressive PA with solid experience working within schools, capable of efficiently providing quality organisational and administrative support, this role may be for you!

The Headteacher’s PA will be an essential part of the Operations Team. As Headteacher’s PA you will have extensive responsibility and will be highly organised, fast paced, and able to work effectively under pressure.  

Headteacher’s PA job summary:

• Salary: c. £100 - £150 per day
• Full-time position (52 weeks)
• Temp to Perm
• Camden Based
• Start Date: Immediately

Headteacher’s PA responsibilities include:

• Provide effective support to the Headteacher in all aspects of their work.
• Diary management including scheduling, acting as the ‘gatekeeper’, receiving visitors, providing preparatory support, and making travel arrangements.
• Production and co-ordination of school documentation in educational publications, the local and national press.
• Maintain accurate records of senior leadership team (SLT) and staff meetings, distributing agendas, minutes and other relevant documentation as required.
• Liaising with Operations and HR Managers regarding staff holiday and reception cover as needed.
• Performance management of staff.

Headteacher’s PA requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Must have experience as PA to senior leaders within a school.
• Degree level education desirable.
• To have used a management information system (MIS) within an educational setting or equivalent – preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
