We are looking for High-Level Teaching Assistants with the right mentality to guide and inspire students at our partner schools in Lewisham!

High-Level Teaching Assistant | Job Summary

• High-Level Teaching Assistant Role.
• Supporting students within their learning within an Outstanding Secondary School
• Use strategies effectively and be able to work using your own initiative.
• Put yourself on the path to teacher training by building relationships with Senior Staff
• Working both on a 1:1 and small group basis to support the Class Teacher
• Role starting immediately until July 2025 (opportunities to stay on after this are available)
• Full Time role Monday – Friday
• £480 - £520 per week

The ideal candidate will have:

• A 2:1 or higher from a leading UK University
• A solid academic record dating back to GCSE
• Prior experience working with children in an academic setting
• Some extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life: music, languages, sport (not essential!)
