Key Responsibilities:

• Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment.
• Assist in the assessment of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to their progress reports.
• Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a solid understanding of classroom management and supporting students’ learning.
• HLTA qualification or significant experience in a classroom setting with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
