Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of a variety of subjects with, working alongside a senior lead teacher.
- Prepare, deliver, and lead a variety of classes (on occasion).
- Engage 1:1/in small groups with students to help grow their academic potential.
- Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 University degree, one ideally transferrable to Education, or Early Childhood subjects.
- Passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
- Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build a positive rapport with pupils and teachers alike.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a School setting.
