Are you a History ECT looking for your first Teaching opportunity...? Did you get at least a 2:1 in a History-related Degree from a UK Top 20 University...?

If so, this could be the role for you! I am currently working with a diverse Secondary School in Hounslow who are seeking a History ECT to join their team in September 2024.

History ECT | The Role:

*Permanent History ECT role starting September 2024
*OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in Hounslow
*Well-structured & supportive ECT Programme in place
*Salary: Outer London Pay Scale | MPS

History ECT | Personal Specification:

*UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
*Obtained at least a 2:1 in a History-related Degree from a UK Top 20 University
*Recent observations demonstrate ability to ‘Meet’ or ‘Exceed’ the Teaching Standards
*Confident with GCSE / A-Level History planning and teaching

This inclusive Secondary School in Hounslow are keen to employ a History ECT who demonstrates ambition and endeavours to continually better their practice. History ECTs who have followed the Teach First or SCITT programme are preferred.
