Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging History lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Foster a love of History within students, encouraging critical thinking and analysis
• Contribute to departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve outcomes
• Ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners
• Support students with their academic and personal development
• Use data to monitor and track student progress
• Participate in whole-school events and initiatives
