I am currently working with an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School based in Leyton, looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced History Teacher, to support students in their history knowledge. Alongside delivering excellent History lessons across KS3-KS5.

Alongside teaching History up to KS5, you will be required to help students with preparing for Oxbridge and Russell Group University applications. Ideally you had been through the process and can therefore help Sixth formers with their UCAS forms and give valuable advice for their next steps in the educational field.

Candidate Criteria – History Teacher:

• Minimum of a 2:1 History Top 20 UK University
• A UK teaching qualification such as PGCE, SCITT, Teach First from Top Universities
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement across KS3-KS5
• Exceptional subject knowledge at GCSE and A-Level
• Outer London MPS/UPS Salary 
• Excellent resources and support for Early Career Teachers
