Ribbons & Reeves are currently working with an Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary School who are keen to employ an HLTA to join their staff team from September!

HLTA | Job Specification:
•    September 2024 start
•    Long term contract until July 2025 | Opportunity for this contract to be extended into the next academic year
•    Fulfilling a range of roles: covering Class Teachers (and subsequent marking); supporting children in class; running intervention groups
•    Negotiable daily rate starting from £95+ on PAYE
•    Supportive of Staff CPD and Teacher Training

HLTA | Personal Specification:
•    A minimum of a 2:1 Degree from a UK Top 30 University
•    Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
•    Confident to deliver the Primary Curriculum and support pupils with SEN
•    An enthusiastic & committed individual aspiring to progress in their career

This HLTA role would be ideal for someone potentially interested in doing their Teacher Training due to the opportunities and experience on offer. You will gain an understanding of what it is like to lead a class, adapt teaching to suit all needs & abilities, and to lead other members of staff within the classroom.
