This HR Manager post offers an exciting 6-month opportunity to lead the HR function in a dynamic Central London learning environment.

The ideal HR Manager is a bilingual French & English speaker who has a minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience and right to work within the UK.

HR Manager job summary:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Be bilingual French & English
• 6-month initial contract with view to permanent position
• Full-time PAYE contract Interim HR Manager position
• c.£150 - £200 per day + 12.5 days annual leave entitlement
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice in the UK required
• Large school based in Camden, Central London
• Interviews to take place immediately

As the new HR Manager, you will have a vital contribution to human resource operations alongside the HR Manager and HR Assistant. The schools’ inclusive work environment means regular collaboration with leadership, to ensure smooth running of all recruitment, performance management, staff development and compliance processes.

The ideal HR Manager will have strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in the education sector, and will ideally be experienced working in school environments.
