Humanities Teacher | The Role:

• Join an excellent school that offers industry leading training and CPD

• Opportunity to teach History, Geography and/or RE 
• 11-16 Secondary School based in Upminster
• Permanent role beginning in September 2025
• MPS Outer London pay scale – M1-M5 (depending on level of experience)
• ECTs are welcome to apply and join a very supportive department

 

Humanities Teacher | Personal Specification:

• Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a Humanities subject from a Top UK University and QTS/PGCE
• Able to teach Humanities lessons up to KS4 
• Excellent classroom management skills and ability to encourage good behaviour
• Strong ability to develop positive and meaningful relationships with students
• Familiarity with current educational initiatives and developments
• Team-working skills, reliability, and integrity
