Key Stage 2 ECT | The Role:

As a Key Stage 2 ECT, you’ll play a key role in preparing pupils for the transition to secondary school. You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and independence
• Support children’s academic and personal development through interactive and structured learning
• Use a variety of teaching methods to challenge and stretch learners of all abilities
• Work closely with an experienced TA to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop pupils’ confidence in key subjects such as Maths, English, and Science
