The Role of a Key Stage 3 Coordinator & Requirements:

• Lead the academic and pastoral development of Key Stage 3 students.
• Work closely with subject leaders to ensure a broad and engaging curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies where needed.
• Support the transition of students from primary school into secondary education.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with proven teaching experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
