KS1 Teacher – Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extra-curricular activities
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing
• Engage in professional development and take on leadership responsibilities if desired
