Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in language lessons to enhance students' speaking, listening, and writing abilities
- Foster student participation through engaging activities
- Support the lead teacher in managing behaviour and maintaining order in the classroom
- Collaborate with the language department to refine teaching strategies and educational practices
- Track, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ work
Essential Requirements:
- A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher in a language-related discipline from a top 35 UK university
- Strong A-Level results and a solid academic foundation
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational environment
- A genuine passion for languages, combined with enthusiasm, patience, and determination
- A proactive, dedicated approach with a strong work ethic
