We have a Learning Support Assistant role in one of our Havering Primary Schools, that is perfect for a Psychology Graduate looking to gain some class-based, child-centred experience.  This Learning Support Assistant role is a pivotal role in a school; therefore, we are looking for someone with prior experience with SEN children.

Learning Support Assistant | Job Summary

• £95 Per day | Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
• September start, full time, term-time only
• Potential permanent position offered the following academic year
• Working on a 1:1basis with children with various Special Educational Needs
• Offering support in the students learning and social skills
• Help the class Teacher when needed

As this Learning Support Assistant role is in a Primary School, you will need to have good knowledge of Maths and English to support the children correctly. You will need to have a desire to work with SEN, with a view for how this role will aid you in the future.
