Learning Support Assistant | Job Summary
  • Full-time, term-time only role | Long-term contract
  • Competitive pay: £480-£550 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
  • A supportive school environment with a strong emphasis on both academic achievement and character development
  • Experience working with children or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential

Learning Support Assistant | Job Role
  • Support students with additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to implement learning strategies and ensure students reach their full potential
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to help tailor support where needed
  • Help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment that fosters self-confidence and resilience
  • Encourage students to take risks, try new things, and develop a love of learning in a safe and supportive setting
