The Role of a Learning Support Assistant & Requirements:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable approach.
