An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston-upon-Thames is looking for a Maths Academic Mentor to join their team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about mathematics and keen to support young learners in achieving their potential in this critical subject area.

The Maths Academic Mentor Role:

• Support students in small groups and one-on-one sessions to build confidence in maths
• Work alongside qualified teachers to plan and deliver targeted interventions
• Provide focused guidance, helping students understand complex concepts and develop study skills
• Build positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and academic growth

Who We’re Looking For:

• A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a related field from a top 30 UK university
• Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting
• Strong mathematical skills and a genuine passion for the subject
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference in students’ lives
